Do you often have recurring events and you do not feel like putting them into the calendar over and over again? Are you annoyed every month when you get your schedule and have to enter every single day of work manually?

ShiftsToCal will help you save your valuable time! Create templates for your events with just a few taps and then just drag them onto the dates on which you want to use them.

Does that sound complicated?
No worries! If you have created an event in the calendar app before then you will be comfortable with ShiftsToCal right away. The interface looks similar to the calendar app so that you will be able to use the app right from the start.

How can I keep my templates apart?
You can use custom names for your templates. The custom name is independent of the title you want to be displayed in the calendar. For example, you could name your templates "Morning-", "Afternoon-", or "Night-Shift" but use "Work" as the title.

Nightshift? How does that work?
ShiftsToCal recognizes if the end-time comes after the start-time and adjusts the event so that it runs from one day to the other.

I often need to attend conventions or workshops that last for several days. What do I do now?
No problem! Create all-day-events with the duration you need. In the settings you can choose if you want ShiftsToCal to create single events for every day or one event for the entire duration.

I have to travel between timezones. Do I have to calculate?
No! Just choose the timezone you are going to.

What about iCloud?
As the events you create with ShiftsToCal are entered into the regular calendar they sync with all your devices. The templates cannot be synced at the time being. But you can export and import them via the built-in file-sharing easily.
